Sales and refunds are locked once they are made. A correction goes through a refund, so every change leaves a record.

Questions shop owners ask
Do I need to buy new devices?
No. PosWave runs in the browser on the computer, tablet or phone you already have. It works with Bluetooth and network receipt printers and with barcode scanners.
What happens when the internet goes down?
You keep selling. Each device saves its sales and sends them to the server as soon as the connection is back, and no sale is ever counted twice. In a power cut, a laptop or tablet on battery keeps working.
Does it handle dollars and lira?
Yes. You set your rate once, and every bill shows dollars and lira. Customers pay in either or both, and each sale keeps the rate it was made at, so your reports stay right when the rate moves. Card, Whish and OMT payments are recorded too.
Can my staff use it in Arabic or French?
Yes. Every screen, receipt and your web shop work in Arabic, English and French, and anyone can switch with one tap.
Who owns my data?
You do. You can export your products and your sales and accounting files at any time.
